Heiko Stapf

Heiko Stapf is an Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer based in Karlsruhe, Germany. With over 15 years of Scrum experience, Heiko has been implementing Scrum since 2006, starting with the PTV Group in Karlsruhe. He has worked as an Agile Coach, Scrum Trainer, and Product Owner for various companies, including Siemens, 1&1, Ferchau, CodeWrights, Seven2one, Bosch, Daimler, and dm Drogeriemarkt. Heiko founded his first company, Cyber Manufaktur, focusing on User Experience in 2010, and his second company, Emendare, specializing in Agile Consulting, in 2013. He is also a co-developer and trainer for the "Scrum Master Ausbildung," an extended education program for Scrum Masters.

Specialties: Heiko has a keen interest in all aspects of great Product Ownership, including Lean Startup, User Experience, Design Thinking, and Design Sprints. He has provided certified trainings for Product Owners & Product Managers and has offered mentoring for startups and Product Managers/Owners.

Community Involvement: Heiko is active in the agile community, having created and facilitated Play4Agile and Agile Coach Camp. He is a co-founder of the Scrum User Group Karlsruhe, organizer of PMCamp Karlsruhe, and organizer of CoRe Day Karlsruhe.

Personal Life: Born in 1972, Heiko is married and a father of two children.
